StockQuest is intended for players aged 10 and over. Players aged 10–12 may use a username-and-PIN account without email. The Age 13+ option permits an optional email address for verification and PIN recovery.
If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian for you to use an online service, you should only use StockQuest with that permission.
Live Games are private, time-limited group sessions. Players join with a session PIN or QR code and a nickname. Live Game nicknames are unique only inside that session and do not create or reserve a global StockQuest username.
Each player may progress through up to 100 shared market rounds during the 10-minute session. The market outcome for a given round is the same for every player in that Live Game, although players may reach rounds at different times. A host may pause, end or remove a participant from a Live Game where reasonably necessary.
You must not manipulate the service, interfere with game functions, automate play in an abusive way, submit fabricated scores, exploit security weaknesses or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another player's account.
We may remove scores, usernames or accounts where we reasonably believe there has been cheating, abuse, manipulation, security risk or a breach of these Terms.
StockQuest is a fictional simulation game. Companies, prices, portfolios and game money in StockQuest have no real-world monetary value. The game does not enable the purchase or sale of real securities.
Nothing in StockQuest is financial, investment, tax or trading advice. Do not make real-world investment decisions based on game content or results.
We may change, update, suspend or discontinue parts of StockQuest. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Game rules, companies, scoring and features may change as the game develops.
StockQuest branding, original game design, text, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the game for personal use, but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected parts of StockQuest except where the law permits.
StockQuest relies on third-party infrastructure and may contain links or references to third-party information. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, StockQuest is provided for entertainment and educational simulation purposes without guarantees of profit, accuracy, continuous availability or fitness for investment decisions.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including the special approach used for younger players.
You may stop using StockQuest at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect players, enforce these Terms, comply with law or protect the service.
These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply where you live. Because StockQuest may be used internationally, local laws may also apply.
